SMS Terms of Service

By subscribing, requesting or otherwise opting into SMS/MMS (text) messages from, or providing your cellular telephone number to, MCI, LC, or its clients you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Description: You will receive text messages to your mobile number. These messages may include a response to an inquiry, information about products and services, details about your account or any other permitted purpose.

User Opt-In: By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS/MMS messages, you agree to receive messages via text from MCI, LC regarding account updates, promotions, customer support, and other related communications. Messages may include plain text, graphics, recorded voice, attached documents or images and linked components. These messages may be sent by MCI or its clients, agents, affiliates, vendors, or subcontractors. The mobile messaging service may utilize an Automated Telephone Dialing System (“ATDS”). By opting in to texting you agree to receive autodialed mobile text messages and other electronic transmissions and you understand that opting in to texting is fully optional and not required.

User Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from MCI at any time by replying “STOP” to any message that you receive from MCI. You may also opt-out by contacting us via email at info@mci.world or calling our office at +1 (855) 983-6356. Upon opting out, you will receive opt-out confirmation by SMS or MMS and will no longer receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Message Frequency: The frequency of messages may vary depending on the services provided, your account status, and other related factors.

Costs: Message and/or data rates may apply to each message sent or received based on your mobile carrier and text plan. Please contact your wireless provider for information about your plan’s rates and charges.

Eligibility: By agreeing to these terms of service, you represent that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and are legally permitted to receive communications via SMS/MMS.

Changes to Terms: MCI, LC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website at www.mci.world, or communicated to you via SMS/MMS or other means.
